With conventional meter-mix manifolds reactive materials can meet
within the manifold before it reaches the mixer. This can cause costly
and time-consuming blockages. The series 160 with it's oversized bell
inlet allows manifolds and valves to separately port the A and B
materials directly into the mixer. It also makes clean-up a breeze.
Simply remove the mixer and wipe the manifold face clean.
We offer two types of Luer Needles - standard and tapered. The
standard needle features stainless steel tubing with a burr-free blunt
end and plastic hub. The tapered needles is a one-piece, plastic
molded part. The needles are color-coded and pre-packaged with 50
needles per bag.
For medium and high-pressure systems, it is recommended to use a
metal jacket over the mixing nozzle. We offer a range of low-cost,
one-piece jackets. They are ideal for robotic applications where
repeat positioning is required. All manifolds and valves have a
standard 7/8 x 14 thread, but our metal jackets are offered in both
standard and an alternative 7/8 x 9 thread for your convenience.
Series 400 & 450 autovalves are easy to clean and offer features like
optional stainless steel valves, flush valve manifolds, lubricated and
hard coated pistons, optional Polytuff, Teflon, Viton, and EP seals and
the optional Night Cap and Ratio Check Caps.
Our two-component manifolds separately port the resin and hardener
into the mixing nozzle. Cleanup simply involves wiping the manifold
face after the nozzle has been removed. To prevent back flow or cross
contamination of reactive material, in-line check valves are available.
We Offer Teflon Night Caps and Ratio Check Caps with nuts for use in
conjunction with our manifolds and dispensing valves.
The inexpensive Series 550 LP Valve is intended for low pressure
meter mix applications. This manual valve is ideal for dispensing
beads or RTM casting. The design is simple: two ball valves are
threaded into the back of the manifold and are connected to a
common lever so that both valves open and close at the same time.
The A and B fluids are separately ported through the valve and do not
meet until they enter the mixing nozzle. Cleanup is simple: just remove
the mixing nozzle and wipe the manifold face clean. Three manifold
styles are offered: Low Flow, High Flow, and Wide Ratio.
The Series 600 "MEGA" Valve was designed to take full advantage of
the high flow rate/high viscosity mixing capabilities of the series 162A
Disposable Mixers and allow the user to handle both material types
easily. A and B components are separately ported through the valve
and don't combine until they meet inside the static mixer.
The unique design of the series 442 Dynamic Manifold combines
dynamic mixing with low-cost, disposable mixing chambers. This
system is ideal for casting and molding application such as RTM,
potting and encapsulation, and for difficult to mix urethanes and
epoxies.
