Rebecca's business experience is as broad and
diversified as the management positions she has
filled in both public and private life. She has
worked diligently to establish Quadraflow, LLC as a
minority woman-owned leader in the development
and marketing of meter, mix and dispense
equipment and related products.
Dean Buckalew, COO
The beginning of Dean's career in the meter mix
and dispense industry began in 1984 when he
joined a manufacturer's representative company in
the Pacific Northwest. In 1988 he accepted a
position with a leading manufacturer of dispensing
equipment and relocated to Southern California.
His close work with material manufacturers and
suppliers resulted in a broad customer base
throughout the eleven western United States. In
early 2001, what had once been a dream to offer
quality used equipment at attractive prices, became
reality as Quadraflow, LLC.
